How We Work – Our D3 Engineering Process
Define
We begin by clearly understanding the project scope, client-issued IFC drawings, design mark-ups, specifications, applicable standards, and execution requirements. Proper definition at this stage ensures alignment, eliminates ambiguity, and establishes a clear drafting workflow before production begins.
Draft
Based on approved IFC drawings and client-provided mark-ups, we prepare coordinated MEP and mechanical drafting deliverables, including shop drawings, as-built drawings, and fabrication-ready CAD outputs, strictly aligned with project standards and execution requirements
Deliver
We deliver execution-ready drawings and models in the required formats, incorporating review comments and revisions to support fabrication, construction, fit-out execution, coordination, and procurement activities.
